General Information
You can choose the design of your online shops from hundreds of professional templates or we can design one specifically for your company. Our online shops support unlimited products, categories and manufacturers. Customers can view their order progress and history. Administration of your online shop is through a secure administration area.
Product and service options
Products can be easily grouped into categories and sub-categories. You can add product accessories (eg. extras) and product options (eg. colour). Our system supports additional text such as special offers or product reviews. We also offer fast and friendly quick search and advanced search features.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery and shipping methods are under your control. You can restrict shipping areas and methods, or you can ship worldwide and give customers control of the carrier. We can provide delivery notes and invoices to send with your products and notify the customer when their goods are dispatched.
All transactions through your online shop are secured via the payment provider of your choice (eg. PayPal, WorldPay etc). Our system supports multicurrency transactions and will automatically update exchange rates. Once a transaction is complete your online shop will provide customers with an acceptance notice.
